Consumer service providers

The final terms must accurately describe Beach Devs LLC’s role and any applicable marketplace or referral limitations.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, copy, workflows, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Beach Devs LLC unless stated otherwise. Limited ordinary access to the website does not transfer ownership or permit scraping, resale, copying, or misuse.
