How it works

What actually happens, step by step.

No vague discovery process. Here is the real sequence from first call to your first lead — and the honest answer if we do not have anything in your market yet.

01

You tell us your trade and territory

One call: what you do, where you work, your minimum and maximum job size, and how you currently handle calls.

02

We check what we actually have

We already have search sites live in some services and markets, and none in others. We tell you the truth either way — including if the honest answer is "not yet."

03

First lead is free

If we have live opportunity in your market, the first qualified lead costs nothing. You see the real thing before any money moves.

04

You pick a commercial model

Pay per lead while volume is unproven. A lead bundle once it is steady. Exclusive market rental once it is strong enough to be worth locking down.

05

Add Lead Recovery or AI if you want it

Optional, not required. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and AI qualification run through a portal branded with your business name, not ours.

06

You get outcome data, not a black box

Every lead is tracked from delivery to won/lost. Disputes get reviewed against a written policy, not a judgment call.

Real questions, straight answers

Before you talk to us

How is this different from Angi or Thumbtack?

Those platforms sell the same lead to three to five contractors at once and let you outbid each other for the call. We deliver one lead to one contractor per market. Either you have an exclusive arrangement and nobody else gets that opportunity, or you are buying individually and we tell you plainly that it is not exclusive — we do not sell the same lead twice and call it something else.

What actually counts as a valid lead?

Submitted through one of our approved sites, includes a usable phone or email, requests a service you actually do, falls inside your agreed territory, is not spam or a duplicate under the lookback window we agree on, and was successfully delivered to you. A lead does not become invalid just because the homeowner does not answer when you call back, gets other estimates, or decides not to buy — that is a normal part of sales, not a defect in the lead.

What if there is no site in my market yet?

We tell you that directly instead of stringing you along. Depending on the service and territory, we may already be building there, or it may not be a fit yet. We are not going to sell you a promise of future leads with no site behind it.

How fast do leads actually start?

If a site is already live and ranking in your market, opportunities can start as soon as your first qualified lead is delivered — that is the free one. If we are starting a new site for your market, ranking takes real time, the same as it would for any local SEO effort. We will tell you which situation you are in before you commit to anything.

Do I have to use the portal and the AI system?

No. If you already have a CRM you like, occasional leads can reach you by SMS, email, or webhook without forcing you into new software. The portal and AI conversion tools are there for contractors who want a system handling follow-up, not a requirement to buy leads from us.

What happens if I get a bad lead?

You submit the lead ID, the reason, and any evidence within the agreed dispute window. We review it against the same written validity rules for every contractor — not a case-by-case guess. Approved disputes get credited against the original invoice. We do not delete the record either way, so there is a real audit trail if it comes up again.
