Visibility and lead supply

Two different products. Here is exactly what each one does.

Local SEO improves your own online presence. Exclusive lead supply sends you inquiries generated by properties Good Local operates. You may buy either one or combine them.

Offer 1 · Local Visibility

Your brand, your website, your Google presence.

Launch price

$750 setup

One-time. No monthly fee.

One service business, one primary market, and the launch scope listed here. Additional markets, major redesigns, paid ads, and large content builds require a separate written quote.

Included

  • One service-area business website or a structured rebuild of your existing site
  • Up to 10 launch pages: home, contact, core services, and priority service areas
  • Google Business Profile review and agreed corrections
  • Local keyword and competitor map for the agreed service and territory
  • Call tracking and form tracking, set up and verified
  • A written launch report: what changed and what to expect

What happens after signup

You complete a business intake, grant access to the website and Google Business Profile you want us to manage, approve the page plan, review the build, and approve launch. We do not publish material changes under your brand without your approval.

Offer 2 · Exclusive Leads

A homeowner inquiry delivered to one contractor.

Exclusive leads are arranged directly with you for an agreed service and territory — not pulled from a public list of contractors or a self-serve inventory check.

Pricing

First qualified test lead: $0

Then: the per-lead amount printed in your order form

There is no universal public lead price because a towing call, foundation repair request, and epoxy-flooring estimate have different economics. You see and sign the exact dollar amount before a billable lead is activated. We do not change it without a revised order form.

Good Local does not guarantee a minimum number of leads. Availability changes with search demand, seasonality, ranking, advertising, territory, and customer behavior. If no valid lead is delivered under pay-per-lead pricing, there is no lead charge.

Where the lead comes from

Arranged directly with you for an agreed service and territory, not pulled from an existing inventory list.

Who receives it

The active routing rule identifies the service, territory, assigned contractor, capacity, hours, and delivery channel.

Who else receives it

Nobody else for an exclusive market unless your signed terms specifically allow overflow or reassignment after nonresponse.

What a delivered lead looks like

Not just a name and phone number.

Every submission becomes its own opportunity record, even when the same homeowner contacts you more than once.

Billing and disputes

A form submission does not automatically hit your card.

  1. 1The inquiry is received, checked, and delivered with a unique lead ID.
  2. 2Its validity, delivery, and any acceptance rule are recorded.
  3. 3Billable leads are collected into a human-reviewed billing batch.
  4. 4You receive an invoice with readable lead-level detail.
  5. 5If you authorized autopay, the approved invoice charges the saved card or ACH method. Otherwise you pay from the invoice link.

A lead can be disputed for:

  • Fake or unusable contact information
  • Wrong agreed service
  • Outside the signed territory
  • Spam or an internal test
  • Duplicate inside the signed duplicate window

A homeowner not answering your callback, getting another estimate, delaying the project, or choosing another company does not by itself make the lead invalid. The exact duplicate window and dispute deadline are written into your order form.

Tell us your service and territory, and we'll work out what's realistic.
